Hi, I’m Mohan Panangavil, a mortgage broker and the owner of Indus Financial. I’ve been helping Michigan homebuyers and homeowners for 25 years, and I bring a calm, solutions-first approach to every loan. I have double master’s degrees in Math and Computers, and over the years I’ve funded hundreds of millions in home loans by staying organized, communicating constantly, and working closely with lenders and underwriters.

I serve the entire State of Michigan and help with purchases and refinances, with a strong focus on conventional loans for borrowers with decent credit, while also offering FHA and VA options.
